Unique Architecture TreeHouse by Hein Troy Architects
Designed by Hein-Troy Architects, this green house almost seems camouflaged within its environment. Natural landscapes and vegetation surround this place, which makes it a great house for some quality relaxing time. Its unusual shape and colour is what attracted our attention. However, this residence is not just about its exterior design. When you step inside, you will also find original approaches in matters of perspectives, angles and shapes. The furniture was chosen accordingly, sometimes giving the idea of a minimalist interior.
Futuristic Cooking Appliances called Tureen by Apostol Tnokovski Designer
In the many homes we can find a classical dish for serving soup named tureen. This dish has been used for many years in the past, but there aren’t any revolutionary changes in the design, so I decided to give this classical dish a modern and attractive look. The basic inspiration for this design is the perfection of the sphere. The cap is integrated (attached) with a rail mechanism, and it could be opened by sliding. I’ve integrated the cap so the function could follow the perfection of the form.
Smart Shopping Cart by Brazilian Designer Mauricio Noronha
Smart Shopping Cart Brazilian Designer Mauricio Noronha designed with minimalist design has popped up an avant-garde shopping cart that offers a faster, more practical and ecological way of shopping in the malls. Entitled the SmartCart, the shopping cart can be used either with the EcoBag the normal basket, or the Peanut the personal bag. Finished in Ecoprene, the Peanut apart from being attached to the shopping cart to reduce the need of plastic bags also becomes a personal side bag. The bag with hard base and soft top and sides reduces its size for easy storage. Moreover, the ergonomic bag maintains the temperature of the food stuff as well as drinks until you reach home. The SmartCart not only adds simplicity and practicality to your shopping but also helps in adapting an eco and healthier lifestyle.
Recycled Toy Sculptures designed by Robert Bradford
Robert Bradford creates his life size and larger than life sculptures of humans and animals from discarded plastic items, mainly toys but also other colorful plastic bits and pieces, such as combs and buttons, brushes and parts of clothes pegs.Bradford says he likes the idea that the plastic pieces have a history, some unknown past, and that they also pass on a “cultural” history as each of the pieces represents a point in time. Some of the sculptures contain pieces from up to 3,000 toys and sell for £12,000 (US$19,000).
